I got impresed by the light efects ! how u did that?

I'm glad you asked!

For most shots, I had one radial gradient covering the whole screen that hovered over the brightest light source. Then for other sources of light such as headlights & police sirens, I added more bright gradients, each one on its own layer. Now this seems simple, but what really makes lights seem bright (or dark, in some shots) is the use of shadows. Always make sure that your shadows point AWAY from the brightest source of light, and you should be good. I hope that helps!

Great, thanks for your useless comment. I don't see whats so bad about this that you've decided that it should get blammed. I think a 2.5 is just about fair considering the work I put into this. And did you even read the description? w/e. Anyone that knows NG at all could have told you this wouldn't have gotten blammed, especially considering all the absolute crap that people put absolutely no effort into that gets through. So your first animation was totally interesting and awesome? I doubt it. Giving it a 1 and saying "make it more interesting" is not constructive criticism, it's just being a cynical asshole.
